Some summers are unforgettable. Those are summers of salty winds, crashing waves, and sunsets that are fairytales. Emma Carter has always wanted to go to such a vacation which would be a great getaway to some less bustling places.
When Emma arrives there, it is just as she dreamt. The place has colorful vintage beach huts, and a buzzing promenade full of visitors. But soon, different things start surfacing in Emma's mind. She comes across various souvenirs, postcards, and old photographs. Eventually, it dawns on Emma that she is not alone about several interesting finds.
She meets Ryan, a friendly captain of the historic sightseeing boat and hears from him interesting tales about what this coastline was like and how many voyagers visited it before her. Then, she meets Sophie, whose family runs the souvenir shop in the town for quite a long time now.
